Chef Ania is an award-winning chef, with menus that reflect precise techniques and ingredient driven dishes. Having spent the last decade cooking for some of Napa Valley’s best wineries, all of Chef Ania’s dishes are intended to be paired with wines. Some signature dishes include Aged “Liberty Farms” Duck Confit, “Flannery Beef” Steaks and Dover Sole. Chef Ania’s husband, Kenny Koda, who runs the bar is a veteran sommelier. Ania’s Table & Bar is a unique upscale dining and drinking experience. The wine list is driven by the Alpine regions of Italy and France, along with Napa Valley’s finest.
